Terms of service

AfterPrompt is a collection of small games for the minutes your coding agent is busy. It is operated by Inchi LLC, 471 Chuy Ave, Bishkek 720001, Kyrgyzstan (“we”, “us”). These terms cover every way you can use it:

  • the website at afterprompt.games;
  • the AfterPrompt plugin for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Codex;
  • the AfterPrompt apps for macOS and iOS;
  • the AfterPrompt Telegram Mini App;
  • the AfterPrompt app inside ChatGPT.

By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

The games are free, and you can play without an account. Publishing scores, sharing challenges, syncing progress, daily AI credits, and buying credits need an account. Sign-in uses a short-lived code sent to your email, or happens automatically from Telegram-signed account data inside the Telegram Mini App; there is no password. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online services in your country if that is higher. Keep access to your email and Telegram account secure: anyone who controls either can sign in as you.

Fair play

  • Every ranked run is re-played on our server. Don’t submit runs you didn’t play, or automate submissions.
  • Challenges use server-verified runs and public links. Don’t use them to spam or mislead other people.
  • Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may rename or remove players and runs that break these rules.
  • Don’t attack, overload, scrape, or try to break the service, and don’t try to get around Jev allowances.

Jev, the autoplay assistant

Jev is an AI model that can play a game for you. It chooses only from the moves the game allows, and you can give it a short coaching instruction. Jev-assisted runs can unlock the next level but are never ranked on leaderboards. Jev can make poor moves; that is part of the fun, not a fault in the service.

AI credits

AI features in AfterPrompt, currently Jev, run on credits. Each Jev move costs 3 credits in Goo and 1 credit in Tree2048. Other AI features, when we add them, show their cost in credits before you use them. Nothing is charged when the AI fails.

  • Trial: 150 credits once, without an account.
  • Free daily credits: 300 credits per account each day, refilled at midnight UTC and used before paid credits. Unused free credits don’t carry over.
  • Credit packs: one-time purchases that add paid credits to your account (15,000 credits for $4.99, 36,000 credits for $9.99, plus any applicable tax). Paid credits never expire and are not a subscription.

Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, except through a refund under our refund policy. They belong to the account that bought them, work on every device signed in to it, and end if you delete the account or we close it for abuse.

Running Jev costs us money, so we may change what an AI feature costs in credits, the free allowances, or the models behind them, and we may pause free credits for everyone when a daily budget is reached. Changes apply from then on: credits you already bought are never reduced, and if a move ever costs more credits, we’ll add credits to existing balances so they keep the same number of moves. If we shut AfterPrompt down, we’ll refund unused paid credits bought in the previous 12 months.

On the website and from the macOS app, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See our refund policy.

In the iOS app, credit packs are sold through the App Store instead, and Apple’s terms and refund process apply.

Apps, plugins, and integrations

  • The plugin is open source under the MIT license. It runs on your computer, opens a game after your agent has worked for a while, and closes it when the agent is done.
  • The macOS app is a game window that the plugin can open. It is downloaded from our public GitHub releases.
  • The iOS app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms.
  • The Telegram Mini App verifies Telegram-signed launch data and uses Telegram Stars for digital credit packs.
  • The ChatGPT app runs inside ChatGPT, so OpenAI’s terms also apply there. Connecting your AfterPrompt account to ChatGPT is optional, and you can disconnect it in ChatGPT at any time.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account panel in any game, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and removes your email, username, scores, and any unspent credits, which can’t be refunded afterwards. See the privacy policy for details.

Changes and availability

We may change, add, or remove games and levels, and reset leaderboards when a level changes. We try to keep the service up but don’t guarantee it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut AfterPrompt down, we’ll announce it on this site at least 30 days in advance.

No warranty and liability

AfterPrompt is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
